" focus on being a whole version of yourself rather than a fraction of somebody else. "
-- sp&a

unfortunately people constantly evolve. everybody moves at their own pace which leads them to find their new hobbies, their new habits, their new desires. it's rare that we can move with somebody else at the same pace. why? let's face it: we love our individuality. we love what separates us from a crowd. we love the isolation of being who we are. so when does it become too much? when are we actually satisfied with who we are? when do we need somebody to fill in the gaps?

I like to think everything in life is based on timing. sure, fate, but it all boils down to timing. what is perfect at one moment may not necessarily stay at the same pace within time. what makes you whole may not always fill in the gaps. think of it as gears constantly turning; sometimes fit, sometimes doesn't..but they keep moving. they keep you functioning. isn't that what is most important? functioning? moving? never stopping?

some people like their life to stay mundane. some people. a rare breed of people. the rest of the world loves change. we love something different, we need something different..always. there is no need to question natural curiosity, especially if it leads you to something new..or something that was old that became new again. either way, don't be afraid to move at your pace. you never know, you might revisit old parts of yourself down the road while being even more content with a new version of yourself.
