so I have ornithophobia. I am deathly afraid of birds. I hate birds. I've grown accustomed to seeing sparrows on a normal basis, but I hate pigeons and I hate crows and geese. I hate blue jays, those red jays (cardinals?), hell no to hawks, hell freaking no to parrots or parakeets, I despise emus, basically..anything with feathers that can fly. even pictures of birds freak me out. yeah, no. hate birds. except hedwig.

I love harry potter. I know most people do, but I remember in middle school I went through a ridiculous, obsessive phase where I compared everything and anything to the book series. I would even say spells that would be useful under my breath (like one time, this kid needed to wash his hands, and I said scourgify!) jkrowling was a classics major, so each name and spell and location had significance to earlier classics. these books helped me understand the true beauty in literature, which is probably why I enjoyed world literature so much. that and mrs. tischner. I also recall reading an article about immigrant children reading harry potter to understand english faster. magic.
I wish I was ginny. she's a badass.
