" it's the kid inside of us that keeps us from going crazy. "
-- scrubs

everybody has something that brings out their inner-child. personally, I feel like we're always children. just get more layers added onto us. I'll always be that tomboy girl who ran around chasing a soccer ball for hours. I'll always be an annoying, nosy little sister. I'll always be a baby to my parents. whether it's a tv show or a sport or a meal, everybody's inner-child comes out in the open. that's one reason to love humanity, no matter what, we never really let ourselves go. when there is youth, there is innocence. it's good to feel innocent sometimes, to feel untouched or untainted by the world. the funny part is that we barely notice it until we have to be grown up. because being grown up, means you're probably a bit more aware of what could go wrong and why things happen..and we need to resort back to square one sometimes to puzzle in our perspective a bit better.

there's never anything wrong with letting loose and being a child. I find when any two people can connect as little children at the same time being adults, they found their perfect recipe for sanity. you don't need me to tell you it's okay to act like a kid, because I know you already do. if you don't, you sure as hell need to more than anyone right now.

and come on, things are so simple for children. the world is so black and white, how is it impossible to see the appeal in that?
